Signature Healthcare of Coshocton participated in the First Fridays Parade on Main Street in Coshocton, Ohio. Their float was decorated with a tiki bar, Hawaiian grass around the bottom of the float, and flowers along the sides. Some residents rode on the float with staff walking along with their children and pets, all dressed in Hawaiian decor. They handed out leis and candy to the crowd.

This beautiful lady turned 101 on April 18th! Her family, our staff, the residents, and interim hospice joined in celebration of her big day.
On August 29th, we hosted our first 5K Run/Walk that we called “Run For The Residents”. The 5K took place at Lake Park Recreational Center and we raised over $650 for our resident’s vacation fund.
There were over 30 participants, and the top three finishers were:
- 1st place – Hawken Lewis
- 2nd place – Stacie Stemm
- 3rd place – Lacey Berry
We are proud to host Signature HealthCARE of Coshocton’s first “Run for the Residents” 5K Run and Walk. There is a $2 registration fee, and all of the proceeds go to our residents’ vacation fund to Tennessee this October.
Our staff and residents spent a wonderful day at Walmart raising money for our resident vacation fund. We baked a variety of sweets to help supplement the fund.
Signature HealthCARE of Coshocton celebrated a “Wizard of Oz” theme day by making of poppy flowers for crafts and games. Our residents enjoyed seeing the staff dressed in their costumes!
This was Signature HealthCARE of Coshocton’s first Senior Olympics and we had a blast! We can’t wait until next year’s event.

“You never get too old to enjoy life,” said a 91-year-old Signature resident who traveled to Panama City Beach, Fla. earlier this year, the fourth consecutive year Signature has taken groups of residents on vacation. Signature HealthCARE of Coshocton’s residents, family and staff had a wonderful time at our first Reflect N Us Art Gallery. Family and friends visited our facility to enjoy the beautiful art work that was made by our residents. Finger foods and refreshments were served by our fantastic volunteers.

Signature HealthCARE received the citation in the ‘Facilitating Organizational Change’ category for its Executive CNA Program. The award recognizes organizations for results achieved through the use of practices and solutions from the entire scope of talent development.
